Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Subject of the contract
   The sale of tickets for events is governed by these Terms and Conditions, which regulate purchases made through the website. The buyer undertakes to read, understand, and accept these terms before completing the purchase.

2. Registration and purchase
   To purchase tickets, users must complete registration by providing truthful and up-to-date personal data. The purchase is considered completed upon order confirmation and successful payment.

3. Prices and payment methods
   The prices shown include VAT and any other applicable taxes. Payment is processed via Stripe and must be completed for the purchase to be valid.

4. Tickets and delivery method
   Once payment is completed, the user will receive a purchase confirmation by email, which serves as a digital ticket.
   The ticket is personal and non-transferable, unless otherwise stated by the Organizer.

5. Cancellations, changes, and refunds
   Once the purchase is completed, cancellations, changes, or refunds are not permitted, unless otherwise provided by the organizer or in cases of force majeure.

6. Event access
   Admission to the event is allowed only upon presentation of a valid, named ticket. The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry in the event of ticket irregularities or non-compliance.

7. Liability
   The organizer and the seller are not liable for any disruptions or changes to the event that are beyond their control.

8. Privacy and data protection
   The personal data provided at the time of purchase will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the website.

9. Governing law and competent court
   This contract is governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the court of the buyer’s place of residence or domicile shall have jurisdiction, if located within Italian territory.
